Objective To explore the perioperative nursing effect of nasal dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy.Method A retrospective study was conducted on 188 patients with chronic dacryocystitis in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2023,all of whom underwent endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis;Grouping treatment using post random sampling method(ensuring 94 cases in each group);The control group received routine care during the perioperative period,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Result The incidence of postoperative complications such as nasal bleeding and dry eye in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group showed a higher postoperative quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing endoscopic nasolacrimal sac anastomosis,comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period has significant advantages,which can reduce postoperative complications and improve quality of life.
